Director Raymond Mobrez Ph.D, raised in Europe, in particular England, is a former regulatory advisor, consultant, examiner, and is qualified expert witness for financial instruments in federal/state courts. Also as a Real Estate Broker; Business and Real Estate Appraiser; specializes in structured finance, credit enhancement and risk underwriting; former member of Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), has taught Real Estate and commercial mortgage banking, real estate economics and market studies. Raymond has been involved in various energy & petroleum projects, international projects involving foreign trade, and real estate development. His efforts have been in making the whole-loan market more efficient for real estate securities investors. Raymond remains Focused on research in securities, distressed credit investing, and structured derivative products. Currently he is the Director of The Asia Economic Institute, Raymond's expertise continues to soar, even after years of experience in all markets. Raymond Mobrez is like no other financial professionals, he has dedication to his work.

At age 20 while in college, he started a company by the name of International Consolidated Exporters Group, that focused on exporting agricultural commodities from the USA to the global market. Some products catered to more developed countries (such as Japan), and included packaged foods for military use in different countries. This opened a channel to working with different countries; to understanding various international markets, local politics and culture; and gave a different dimension to Mobrez’s vision towards international markets and economies. He became an active member of various chambers of commerce throughout the USA and internationally, including US Foreign Trade Association. In 1991, partnered with former Chairman of Chevron Technology, newly retired after 32 years at Chevron (Dr. Hugh Harnsberger) to re-sell Electric generators globally. Brokering crude oil. Mobrez traveled to Central Asia and Azerbaijan, the newly formed petroleum Nations to explore new ventures.

In 1998, Dr. Mobrez was one of the organizers of the "First International Securitization" and "Global Securitization Symposium" in Europe. Sponsors included leaders of Rating Agencies (Standard & Poor’s, Fitch, Moody’s and other global players). Mobrez has been exposed to Securitization of all Asset Classifications from the very early stage (early 1990's) and has always been a part of Asset Securitization Forums, conferences, conventions, workshops and other gatherings, where he met most of the global players. For that reason, he fully understands structured finance. In particular, International Finance Corporation “IFC” a member of World Bank Group. Most importantly, Political Risk Insurance in Global Markets as well as Currency Risk Insurance, both essential for mitigating exposures in Global Finance, which he realized its effectiveness and essential for Mortgage Backed Securities and Credit Enhancement to those derivatives / financial instruments. His personal passion is towards global projects. Immediately after the departure of General Secretary Gorbachov, Dr. Mobrez traveled extensively throughout Russia and in particular Central Asia, where he saw the potential future of global developments in that region and the New World Economy that could evolve from that region.

In 1999, Raymond Mobrez formed "First International Mortgage Banc" to promote mortgage banking from primary to secondary level, ultimately to mortgage backed securities worldwide, with a personal passion to help various countries enhance their development, including housing. Thus, connected extensively with various countries, with their Central Banks and Securities & Exchange Markets. Particularly, Turkey during their devastating earthquake to implement a Mortgage Instrument to essentially facilitate for re-building; in addition, to emerging markets in countries such as Argentina in Latin America, Korea in Asia, Romania and Bulgaria from Eastern Europe, Azerbaijan and Central Asia. Eight years ago, he was among the first to initiate the International Committee and always participated in workshops, annual conventions and conferences, in particular commercial mortgage lending known in recent years as "CMBS" Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. In 1998 and 1999, he was involved with Societas (International Institute for Real Estate Finance), an organization launched for international housing projects, whose main drive was for international mortgage banking, including commercial, industrial finance for developments worldwide.
